IntelliOne Names Shunkar Manoharan as Vice President, Business Development

Proven Market Strategist to Manage IntelliOne’s Value Chain Relationships

TORONTO, ON CANADA and ATLANTA, GA USA – 26 November, 2007 – IntelliOne, the premier traffic information company that measures speed instantly on virtually all roadways, today named Shunkar Manoharan as Vice President, Business Development. Manoharan joins IntelliOne from Yellow Pages Group Co. of Canada where he was Director of Marketing Online.

“Shunkar’s experience in identifying and creating long-term, strategic relationships and subsequently managing the resulting value chain is an incredible fit for IntelliOne,” said Ronald Herman, CEO of IntelliOne. “He is joining the IntelliOne executive team at an ideal time as we continue to execute our global commercialization plan.”

Manoharan brings over 10 years of online experience in strategy development, implementation of large scale projects, operations and management. He will operate from the IntelliOne office in Toronto.

“I am thrilled to be joining IntelliOne and working closely with both sales & marketing and technical teams to create new business relationships throughout our ecosystem. My first-hand experience implementing Microsoft Virtual Earth within YellowPages.ca? helped me quickly recognize the value of the company’s high-resolution traffic system – unmatched by anyone in the industry to my knowledge,” said Manoharan. “I believe my background will help me contribute immediate value to IntelliOne’s partners, customers and shareholders.”

According to a 2006 study by the Texas Transportation Institute at Texas A&M University, U.S. vehicular traffic congestion is to blame for 3.7 billion hours of travel delay and 2.3 billion gallons of wasted fuel for a total cost of more than $63 billion. With the average cost per gallon of fuel in the U.S. hovering above the $3 mark and expected to remain high, timing for this technical breakthrough is ideal.

A government study released in March, 2006, by Canada’s Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, showed the costs of traffic congestion to Canadians in urban areas is between $2.3 and $3.7 billion per year (in 2002 dollar values). The report also states this is a conservative estimate as it did not include non-recurrent congestion caused by random events such as bad weather, accidents and other incidents.

IntelliOne’s breakthrough, patented technology converts ordinary mobile phone network data into highly accurate traffic congestion information. As a result, drivers may be routed in real-time around traffic bottlenecks as they occur, managers can optimize their mobile workforce, and parents can monitor their children’s safety in real-time, all via services offered by their mobile operator and IntelliOne using the Internet and their existing mobile phones.
