Randall Cayford
Chief Technology Officer, Cayford directs the design, development and protection of the company's advanced technology solutions. A former principal programmer analyst for the Institute of Transportation Studies at the University of California, Berkeley, Cayford conducted and managed the research and development of a Vehicle Re- identification System which won the ITS America innovative research award in 2000. His work also includes a Travel Information Probe System for traffic surveillance systems, a traffic management system for small cities, and Netcell, a freeway simulation model. During his tenure with the Institute, Cayford served on the Executive Committee as an advisor on computer policy and on the use of computer technology. He holds BAs in Mathematics
and Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley and a MS in Computer Science from San Francisco State University where his research focused on performance analysis of parallel processing and distributed computing systems.
 
Willem Galle
Chief Operating Officer, Galle is responsible for the global development and deployment of IntelliOne solutions. Prior to joining IntelliOne, he served as COO for startup internet television company Jump TV in Toronto and Descartes Systems Group, a leading supply chain company in Ontario. Previous experience also includes President and CEO of Calixon, a software engineering company, where he successfully pioneered an industry first global internet based shipment tracking sytem used by Ericsson and DHL. His professional expertise also includes serving as Vice President for Encompass, a venture of American Airlines, CSX and KPN where he established European operations. Galle holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration..
 
Troy Haworth
Vice President, Global Sales, Haworth drives strategic sales of the IntelliOne platform to Mobile Network Operators and IntelliOne applications and data to end-users, thereby delivering valuable service to the MNO and end user and profitable revenue to IntelliOne. A veteran of the wireless industry, Haworth most recently served as Director of North American Sales at AePONA, providing sales leadership for their network services layer applications in North America. Prior to that, Troy was General Manager for Airspace Safety Analysis Corporation, now owned by Jeppesen Sanderson/Boeing. While there, Haworth was responsible for rapidly growing and solidifying ASAC's presence in the mobile network operator market. Troy was key in the development of initial sales teams for several companies including ASAC and TeleStructures, and his sales experience includes positions with RAM Mobile Data, Mobile Systems International, and ADC NewNet.
 
Ronald Herman
Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Herman drives the strategic direction for the company, manages key value-chain relationships and interacts with market and industry leaders to further consumer privacy and road traffic resolution initiatives. Herman's hands-on experience in advanced transportation and wireless communication technologies has helped lead the company in commercializing its solutions globally by establishing strategic relationships with supply and demand-side industry leaders. With 19 years executive technology leadership practice in early-stage through Fortune 500 companies, Herman has contributed profit and/or intellectual capital to General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Dow Chemical, Electronic Data Systems, Coca-Cola, BellSouth and other market leaders.

Shunkar Manoharan
Vice President, Business Development, Manoharan is responsible for distribution and reseller opportunities with primary focus in global portal strategies. Manoharan began his career in the print and online directory advertising business when he joined Tele-Direct, a Yellow Page Group predecessor company, in 1990. He has held various management positions within the organization including external assignments at Bell Sympatico, Infodirect and Cornerstone. Most recently he served as Director of Marketing Online where he oversaw global platform strategy as well as research and development of features and product line offerings for the various online properties at Vice President, Business Development, Manoharan is responsible for distribution and reseller opportunities with
primary focus in global portal strategies. Manoharan began his career in the print and online directory advertising business when he joined Tele-Direct, a Yellow Page Group predecessor company, in 1990. He has held various management positions within the organization including external assignments at Bell Sympatico, Infodirect and Cornerstone. Most recently he served as Director of Marketing Online where he oversaw global platform strategy as well as research and development of features and product line offerings for the various online properties at Yellow Pages Group. His marketing and managerial expertise helped make YellowPages.ca and Canada411.ca,the number one online directory in Canada.

Chris Oliver
Vice President, Engineering, Oliver is responsible for taking IntelliOne’s technology solutions from the test lab to the marketplace. A veteran of Walt Disney Imagineering and the Coca-Cola Company, Chris has been commercializing consumer products for over 15 years, including several major Disney Attractions – Splash Mountain, the Tower of Terror, and Disneyland Paris’s Space Mountain and “Pal Mickey”, Disney’s first venture into Location-Based Services and Entertainment. Additionally, he led the team that linked thousands of Coke vending machines nationwide through a wireless data network. Chris has also led developments in wireless payment and loyalty systems, e-commerce, interactive marketing, and a variety of automation projects.
 
Bill Tapscott
Managing Director of IntelliOne Canada, Tapscott advocates distribution and reseller opportunities globally. A serial software entrepreneur, Tapscott founded or co-founded several successful technology startups and took them to profitability and liquidity, including DotSoftware which rolled into Maptuit Corporation and Mountain Lake Software which was purchased by Bowne Internet Solutions. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Maptuit, Tapscott secured the seed and first round financings and negotiated license agreements with strategic investing partners, 724 Solutions and Descartes Systems Group. Tapscott became an arms-length reseller of Maptuit's services in the Location Based Services/Automated Vehicle Locator (LBS/AVL) vertical market and developed strategic re-seller and advanced client relationships with Qualcomm, Westwood One, Volvo Trucks, International Truck and Engine, General Electric TIP and Asset Intelligence, Network Car and TeleNav.
